George-Ann Tognoni "America's Sculptor's" 87th Birthday Party Helps Children with AIDS Project and Orphans of Africa Program
Phoenix, AZ (PRWeb) February 15, 2007 -- Her bronze sculptures grace Scottsdale's civic center mall, Arizona's Italian American club and now Phoenix's non-profit Tree of Life Gallery.
George-Ann Tognoni will celebrate her 87th birthday with cake and refreshments at Tree of Life Art Gallery. There, she'll unveil her latest exhibit. Profits will support the gallery's Children with AIDS Project, AIDS Orphans of Africa Program.
Tognoni's most famous Arizona work includes:

"The Yearlings," a larger than life sculpture of three running horses in Scottsdale

Wall of Fame honorees at the Herberger Theatre in downtown Phoenix

Christopher Columbus commissioned for the quincentennial commemoration
